The new owners of Trios have really turned this restaurant around! The service is amazing, the food is incredible, and the owners make you feel like you've been friends forever. My husband and I never wanted to eat at Trios before, but after the new owners took over we gave it a shot. The staff was super friendly and once again yall the food was just so good!!! 10/10 our new date night spot.

I highly recommend starting with the hummus appetizer; it was incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. And after a long day of travel and business meetings, their signature gin, rosemary, and lemon cocktail was the perfect refreshing finish to a long day. Pure perfection in a glass. This place has always held potential, but under new leadership, it’s become one of the finest dining experiences in Ruston. I truly felt like royalty during my visit. It’s now firmly at the top of my list of local favorites, and I’m genuinely excited to see how this already exceptional restaurant continues to grow. Favorite bar in town, have been going for years and it has always been consistent. Can make a friend with anyone there, and I love the different specials every shift
We ended our weekend in Ruston at Trio’s for brunch. It was the first time for our local friends and us to try this place. It’s a cool little place with good brunch. Definitely recommend you get there early.
The Perfect place for college graduation lunch. We made reservations. Don’t think there was an empty seat in the restaurant. Comfortable well decorated restaurant. I thought this was going to be bad with the restaurant at max capacity. I was wrong. Food came out at same time and hot. Our server was busy but we never went without anything. Keep up the good work. They didn’t add gratuity on our ticket which I like so left 40ish % tip. Thanks Mike
Best restaurant in Ruston. So glad we discovered this gem. The hostess/waitress, Scarlet was excellent. She took pride in every aspect of the restaurant and it showed. The atmosphere was perfect and nice background music. The food was superb as well as the drink menu. We were a group of 3 visiting from out of town. We had an appetizer, entrees, cocktails, and desserts. There was not one bad thing about our experience. Unfortunately, I discovered the restaurant on my last day there. My parents, however, may be in town for another week. I would not be surprised if they went back every day of there stay. They are looking forward to their Sunday Brunch. Thank you for a top notch experience!
New ownership is really taking this place to the next level. If this is the foundation I can’t wait to see where they go from here. Well worth your time!
Trio's is brightly lit, clean, spacious, & decorated with awesome wall art. The staff greeted me immediately. I was pleased with the quesadillas & roasted spinach I ordered. The waiter, Ridha, was super helpful, accommodating & courteous. Ridha was very attentive to making sure I was served well. I was happy with my lunch selection.
